JULY: 29th - FYI there will be a private (non-PLPOA) party at the Sandbar. The organizer extends a welcome to everyone. The sheriff will be on the lake.
JULY-AUGUST: Dr. Jude collects water samples.
SEPTEMBER 3rd: Pine Lake Country Club sponsored fireworks at dusk.
OCTOBER: Savin Lake Services conducts lake weed survey to assess changes from Spring.
OCTOBER 1st - MAY 1st: No lawn fertilizer per W. Bloomfield Township Ordinance

Where is the 2022 Fish Study Posted?

The Fish Study 2022 was finalized in May and submitted to the Board. However, the Board and Dr. Jude could not find a suitable time to discuss it. We want to make sure we understand the report well before we respond to any inquiries, so we postponed its publication.

We will review the findings with Dr. Jude in August and upload the report to the website shortly after.

Water Level - In Good Shape going into August.

The water level in July rose by 0.1 from 931.3 to 931.4 above sea level, thanks to the recent storms. This is a positive outcome, as the water level usually drops in the summer due to the high temperature and wind. The water level is expected to be at a decent level in August.

`Boating is a fun and relaxing activity, but it also comes with some responsibilities. One of them is to be courteous to other boaters and lake users. Sound travels farther and louder on the water, so your music or party noise can easily disturb others who are trying to enjoy the peaceful scenery. Please keep your volume low, especially at night or near residential areas. You can still have a good time without ruining someone else's day. Thank you for your cooperation and respect.
